Love Letters

"Jen helped me understand that everyone is different in how they develop and maintain a healthy diet. She taught me to be realistic with goals, and to understand what I'm eating and how it effects me...good or bad. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since the beginning of the program with Jen was my eating habits. It's noticeable to my family, friends and co-workers.

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been really being intune with my body and the realization that if I eat healthy foods, I will feel better, I will have more energy, I will be a happier person, and I will be more productive during the day. Also, when I feel stressed out, I look for other ways to cope vs. eating food. I'm a work in progress, but the more times I do this, the more empowered I feel. And when I stumble and have a bad day, it's okay. I forgive myself and get back on track as quickly as possible.
