The most significant overall change I have noticed has been really being intune with my body and the realization that if I eat healthy foods, I will feel better, I will have more energy, I will be a happier person, and I will be more productive during the day. Also, when I feel stressed out, I look for other ways to cope vs. eating food. I'm a work in progress, but the more times I do this, the more empowered I feel. And when I stumble and have a bad day, it's okay. I forgive myself and get back on track as quickly as possible.
